Terms of use
Last updated 20 October 2026
These terms apply to the BoltSweep desktop app and this website. By using BoltSweep you agree to them.
Early access
BoltSweep is in early access. Features may change, and the software may contain bugs. Keep in mind that your mail stays on your provider’s servers, so you can always reach it with another app.
Your licence to use BoltSweep
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use BoltSweep on your own devices. The free plan may be used for one email account. Paid plans, when available, are described at purchase.
You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer (except where the law allows it), or remove notices from the software.
Your accounts and content
You are responsible for the email accounts you connect and for following your email provider’s and your organisation’s rules. Your email remains yours; we claim no rights to it and never receive it.
Third-party services
BoltSweep connects to services you choose, such as Microsoft 365, Gmail or AI providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
No warranty
BoltSweep is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of BoltSweep. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: hello@boltsweep.com.
